It is an immersive escape room experience in Madrid where your team must solve enigmas, decipher clues and complete a mission using observation, logic and teamwork.
How many people can play?
The Dark Lady’s spell is intended for teams of 2 to 6 players.
How long does it last?
The room lasts 90 minutes. Adding introduction and closing, it is advisable to reserve around 90 total minutes of experience.
How can I make the reservation?
You can book in the reservations section of this website. Online reservations are made through the EscapeUp calendar.
What is the price of the game?
2 players: €80. 3 players: €105. 4 players: €120. 5 players: €140. 6 players: €150.
Can I change or cancel the reservation?
With more than 24 hours in advance, you can request changes or cancellations by contacting by email or telephone. With less than 24 hours, only date changes are allowed. With less than 12 hours, no exchanges or refunds are allowed.
Can they play children?
Yes. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. The experience is designed for teenagers and adults, so we recommend from 15 years to fully enjoy it.
Are we really locked up?
No. You can leave at any time if you need it and the team is attentive throughout the experience.
What if we need help?
The Game Master follows the game and can give you clues if you get stuck or ask for help.
Do we have to arrive in advance?
No need to arrive very soon. The time of the reservation is the time of entry, but we do recommend to be punctual.
What happens if we are late?
If you arrive late, you can enter, but play time will be discounted. No refunds are made for being late.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes. Please indicate the day of the game or in the comments of the reservation and it will be sent to you by email.
Can it be played in English?
Yes. The room is available in Spanish and English.
Do you have bathroom and air conditioning?
Yes. The place has a bathroom and the room has air conditioning and heating.
